What is Lighthaus?
Lighthaus is a gentle support app for new mothers, built for the sleepless hours of the postpartum period. When you open it at night, you can see how many other moms are awake with you, send and receive a wordless "light," get matched 1:1, track your baby, and reach care resources whenever you need them.
Is Lighthaus free?
Lighthaus is free to download and use. If we ever add optional paid features, we'll always keep the core "you're not alone" experience available to everyone.
How do I create an account?
You can sign up with Apple, Google, or email. Your account keeps your lights, connections, and baby tracking in sync across sessions.
Is my location shared with other moms?
Never your exact location. Lighthaus uses privacy-first, approximate location only to power the beacon map and "near me" features, and you can turn location off at any time in Settings.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app, go to You โ Privacy โ Delete account, or email us at support@getsnippet.co and we'll remove your account and associated data.
How do I turn off notifications?
You can manage the nightly notification and all other alerts in the app under You โ Notifications, or in your device's iOS Settings under Lighthaus.
